Mango & Kiwi Tropical Smoothie

This Tropical Smoothie is a hit during mango season. Try it out at your next party or on a lazy Sunday breakfast with your family. Guaranteed to be loved!

Kiwi is a huge source of Vitamin C and helps in losing weight.

Surprisingly, Mango is also good increasing metabolism. And contrary to the myth about Mangoes, they do not add fats in anyway.

Serves: 2


Mangoes: 1 cup cut fresh/ frozen mangoes

Variety of your choice. I usually go for the sweet ‘n sour variety which balances the flavour.

Kiwi: 1 whole fruit, peeled and cut

Milk: 1 cup

Yogurt: 1 cup

Honey: 1 tbsp

Few cubes of ice


Peel and cut both mangoes and kiwi.

Blend all the ingredients together.

Serve chilled garnished with diced mango and kiwi pieces!
