We are all aware of the benefits of Apple!
Dietary fibre and antioxidants make it a must have. But add cinnamon to it and you’ve got yourself a filling smoothie that also aids in burning up fat. Cinnamon too is rich in antioxidants.
This is a wonderful recipe to wake you up on those dull mornings. And…it’ll make your kitchen reminiscent of an apple pie 😀 Without as many calories 😉
Serves: 2
Ingredients
Apples: 2 large
Milk: 1.5 cups
Yogurt: 1 cup
Cinnamon Powder: 1 & 1/2 tsps
Almonds: 6-8 soaked and peeled
Honey: 2 tbsps
Few cubes of ice
Method
Roughly slice the apples and almonds.
Blend all the ingredients together with a few cubes of ice.
Serve chilled garnished with sliced almonds!
