Creamy Cauliflower Soup

This soup is heaven in a bowl.

Thick. Creamy. Yummy. Satisfying.

That warm fuzzy feeling!

Let’s have a look at this easy and quick recipe.

Serves 2-3 Bowls Full


Cauliflower: 150 gms

Potato: 1 medium

Onion: 1 medium

Garlic: 5-6 cloves

Milk: 1 cup

Water/Broth to boil the veggies

Seasoning: Salt, pepper, oregano, anything else you like


Roughly chop all the ingredients and add them to a pot.

The cauliflower stems add fiber to the soup. If you do not want a fibrous serving in every spoonful, then avoid using it. It will also result in a creamier consistency.

Add water/broth enough to cover the ingredients and bring to boil.

Once cooked, wait for it to cool down before blending it together with a hand blender

Add cream if you want to make it thicker.
Serve warm!
