Ingredients (Egg-less)
All-purpose flour: 3 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp (you can add more if your like)
Cocoa Powder: 1.5 tbsp (unsweetened)
Baking Soda: 1/8 tsp
Salt: 1/8 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Milk: 3-4 tbsp or 60 ml Water
Vanilla essence: 3 drops (optional)
Choco chips: 1 tsp (optional)
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a coffee mug. Use a fork to combine well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Use the fork to mix well and ensure that no dry ingredients are left at the bottom of the mug.
The mix should be a little runny. Add more milk/water if the mix is dry.
Add choclate chips/ crips or dunk a small piece of chocolate in the centre.
*Microwave for 1 minute or until the fork comes out clean. Garnish with choco chips/ whipped cream or you can even dust some powdered sugar on top. Serve warm.
*Depending on the make and power of your microwave the cooking time may be different by a minute or so. If you need to cook it for longer put it in bursts of 10-20 seconds.
